      The goal of this US is to:

      • enhance the PNF Ready event  in PRH with AdditionalFields from VES pnfRegistration message. The additionalFields should be copied as is (no processing of the contents should occur).
      • remove redundant fields from the PNF Read event: pnfOamIpv4Address and pnfOamIpv6Address
