With R4 changes in policy platform (https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Policy+Design+and+API+Flow+for+Model+Driven+Control+Loop#PolicyDesignandAPIFlowforModelDrivenControlLoop-3.4PolicyDecisionAPI-GettingPolicyDecisions) and Policyhandler, the path to retrieve config has changed

Currently TCA container read - policies.items[0].config.content.tca_policy  to extract the configuration update.

>>config in that item (policies.items[0].config) that is just a rename of the “properties” from the new PDP API

New field path will be  policies.items[0].config.tca_policy)
