DCAE health check failed

      When we deploy ONAP in cmcc lab using staging version, DCAE health check failed

      The pods status are as follows:

      Only one pod dev-pnda-dcae-pnda-mirror-5dc88c47bd-wp4g5  start failed

      From the deployment, we found the image version is onap/org.onap.dcaegen2.deployments.pnda-mirror-container:5.0.0

      but from the nexus3.onap.org , we couldn't find the image. please help to check.
