This story will track migration of certain DCAE services to use new tools/plugins for creating DMAAP topics/feeds dynamically during deployment.

For E release, we will migrate DFC and PM-Mapper 

This story should be broken to two tasks

1. Enhance blueprint generator tool from Dublin to use Dmaap plugin and generated blueprint with associated properties by default
2. Deploy components using new blueprint and validate dynamic topic/feed provisioning and configuration into service (Depends on role or identify setup in AAF - will need pre-configuration).

Once the #1 is completed, DFC and PMMapper should run their spec against this tool and generate the required blueprint for testing (https://git.onap.org/dcaegen2/platform/cli/tree/blueprint-generator/README.md)  

Once verified, blueprints for DFC/PM-Mapper should be updated to use this as default version.
