      This is cross project item required for MS owner to ensure following

      1) Policy model generated and loaded into SDC

      2) Distribute model and blueprint using SDC/DCAE-DS

      3) Configuring policy through CLAMP

      4) Trigger deployment of service through CLAMP

      5) Validate DCAE service deployment

      Note;Component reconfiguration flow is not supported under new LifeCycle APi's introduced in Policy in Dublin; this will be addressed in F release.
