The environment-specific values for the inputs to DCAE component blueprints need to come from the outside process that invokes the bootstrap script.  This bug should cover the creation of these inputs.yaml files for all of the components that require environment-specific information, as well as the process for passing the values from the invoking process and the definition of the environment variables for the invoking process to collect.
