Starting with version 1.5.0, the k8s plugin needs two additional pieces of configuration information: the name of a configmap holding the AAF CA certificate and the path where the configmap should be mounted in a component's file system.   This needs to be supplied via the configuration file that's loaded into Consul by the bootstrap container (dcaegen2/charts/dcae-bootstrap/resources/config/k8s-plugin.json).
