The https connections with SDC in the integration lab are to be used insecurely because the TLS/SSL cert used either the CA cert is not known, the cert is self-signed, or the associated fqdn is not used.  Will leverage the configuration `activateServerTLSAuth` which is already being used by the distribution client.
