DCAE current uses common PG charts for Inventory, Dashboard and dcae-db.

There has been random occurrence on integration tenant where one of these pg initialization fails. Cleanup/redeploy resolves current failed components (but other pg-component end up failing)

Appears some timing issue causing intermittent problem.
