Due to what appears to be a cut-and-paste error, logs from the policy handler are being sent to the ELK stack with a componentName of "deployment-handler".  This is because the log directory is mounted on the filebeat container at "/var/log/onap/deployment-handler".   It should be mounted at "/var/log/onap/policy-handler".  This requires a change in the deployment.yaml file in the OOM charts for the policy handler.
