The ContainerizedPlatformComponent node type was designed to support the DCAE platform components (config binding service,  inventory, policy handler, etc.).  These components are now deployed using Helm, so there is no need for this node type.

Some service components have used the ContainerizedPlatformComponent node type, primarily to set a fixed DNS name for the component.   The same thing can be accomplished using the ContainerizedServiceComponent, with the "service_component_name_override" property.

Note that eliminating ContainerizedPlatformComponent also allows eliminating MSB support, since MSB support was not provided for other node types.    This in turn eliminates a DCAE deployment-time dependency on MSB.
