With migration to new Policy Platform, the policy update flow was not supported in Dublin.  DCAE Policy Handler relies on the update flow to fetch the latest policy changes and delivering to respective microservice. 

For Frankfurt, Policy Team will be supporting the update notification flow via DMAAP. This replaces the websocket interface supported under old Policy platform.
