Following existing components will be updated to support MOD flows

• OnboardingAPI (cli repo)
• Runtime API (include bp-gen)

Existing dcaegen2/platform/cli  repo will be retired and marked as RO (including blueprint-generator component)

 This work includes the creation of the verify and merge jobs for each sub-project
