OOM team is introducing new CRD to store the remote cluster information for ONAP components.  As a DCAE maintainer, I would like remote cluster identification based on this CRD.

The location_id specified as input during deployment should be used as key to lookup into new registry to determine the remote cluster information (namespace, location, user for authorization etc). The details of CRD and access is tracked under OOM-2062.
