      As a DCAE maintainer, I want new TCA-gen2 mS based on docker in DCAE; this will include all current requirement of TCA ms (which is deployed on CDAP) and intent to replace it.

       

      All Frankfurt compliance requirement should be met. DCAE Onboarding requirement identified here - https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=36963506 should be supported.
