The latest version of the k8splugin fails executing an install workflow for a simple blueprint.   The error is:

RuntimeError: Workflow failed: Task failed 'k8splugin.create_for_components' -> No module named k8splugin (cannot import name discovery)

This is connected to the changes made to provide Python 3 compatibility (see gerrit change 98857. (https://gerrit.onap.org/r/c/dcaegen2/platform/plugins/+/98857)

Note that this gerrit change did not change the version number of the plugin, so there are now two different k8splugins with the version number 1.6.0, one of which works but does not have python 3 compatibility, and one of which does not work.

The install workflow succeeds with the older 1.6.0 plugin.
