Hardcoded alias name in DCAE TLS init container

      One can't enroll certificate from AAF's CA different than local. When different CertMan's adapter is used (e.g. with name cmp) DCAE TLS init container reports following error:

       

      + keytool -exportcert -rfc -file /opt/app/osaaf/cacert.pem -keystore /opt/app/osaaf/local/org.onap.dcae.trust.jks -alias ca_local_0
Enter keystore password:

      Alias within truststore has CertMan's adapter name.
