For automating usecase specific deployment of DCAE services by Integration team, the release specific blueprints need to be uploaded into DCAE InventoryAPI module.

These blueprints will be used to trigger deploy/undeploy via CLAMP/Dashboard/DH api's.

All blueprints (static and dynamic) packaged under bootstrap pod should be uploaded.
