Confirm event is generated when an xNF entry in AAI is deleted

      When an xNF entry is deleted in AAI invenvtory, it should generate a 'DELETED' event. PMSH listens to these events to fulfill subscription deletion use case.

      Confirmed  that an event is generated in MR topic 'AAI-EVENT'
