The DCAEMOD genprocessor converts component specs into NiFi "processors", stored in Java jar archives.   The genprocessor job image (nexus3.onap.org:10001/onap/org.onap.dcaegen2.platform.mod.genprocessor-job:1.0.0) does not include the Java "jar" executable that it needs to create jar files.  This appears to be because genprocessor is built on a base image (openjdk:8-jre-alpine) with the Java Runtime Environment (JRE), which does not include development tools such as the "jar" command.   (See line 155 of the genprocessor pom.xml at https://gerrit.onap.org/r/gitweb?p=dcaegen2/platform.git;a=blob;f=mod/genprocessor/pom.xml;h=a784ec5181ff2c33dcbca4fae9eabc3114c7d1b9;hb=HEAD.)
