Following change  - https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/dcaegen2/services/+/99970/ introduces helm chart for DL components (feeder, adminui).

Though helm plugin provides an option to deploy component helm chart by DCAE/Cloudify, the design integration (via MOD or SDC), configuration/policy flow are only supported for Cloudify/tosca based deployment. All current and new DCAE MS with exception of DL components are modelled in tosca blueprint. Need to move DL deployement also to be consistent before next release
