test cases are located  under /tests/dcaegen2/bbs-testcases and plan to schedule those tests is not located in /plans/dcaegen2 catalogue, but /plans/dcaegen2-services-bbs-event-processor/bbs-testsuites. JJB jobs are configured to search project name: dcaegen2-services-bbs-event-processor, so test cases are not found while are in catalogue with different name.

FIX: Catalogue with tests  will be moved out from /tests/dcaegen2/bbs-testcases into /tests/dcaegen2-services-bbs-event-processor/bbs-testcases
