[PMSH] Remove PMSH Deployment Workarounds

      There are multiple problems deploying the PMSH service through the desired flow that is

      • CLAMP Fails to parse blueprints with the postgres plugin in use `CLAMP-650`
      • K8s plugin fails to verify the deployment due to a recursion error in a highly nested policy model
      • PMSH needs to handle the new format of the model provided by config binding service
