      Due to end of support for Java 8, SECCOM recommends all ONAP projects to complete migration from Java 8 to Java 11,(the next long term support (LTS) version) in Guilin.

      Project code/dependencies/ci-build job must be updated for java11

      Refer to comments on parent/EPIC for more details on steps involved
      This is mandatory TSC requirement for Guilin; SECCOM wants this updates completed by M2/M3 (which is due 8/6)
