MOD catalog/UI redesign POC

      This Jira will track new POC work for Guilin to introduce custom UI and catalog/registry (using ONAP MongoDB). Based on POC progress, NiFI registry/UI will be candidate for replacement in H release

      Following task will be under this scope.

      1. Contribute MOD Database schema design
        1. Generic field names with extendable meta-data
        2. Support composite MS (flow) based model
        3. Policy model
      2. Document API’s spec for CRUD into MOD catalog
      3. Prep new UI/catolog component see-dcode contribution  
        1. Identify target directory structure and packaging
        2. Identify integration with existing MOD components
        3. Revised ARC diagram
        4. ONAP directly/CI setup  
      4. Contribute POC code identified to ONAP repo (Code refactoring for easy ingestion)
      5. Add support for Policy model onboarding (new feature)
      6. Enhance Policy model distribution (new feature)
      7. Prepare deployment artifacts (helm charts) for new MOD component
      8. Documentation (wiki)
      9. Integrate with ONAP common MongoDB and test deployment in ONAP Lab
