REQ-380 ONAP container repository (nexus) must not contain upstream docker images

      With exception of DCAE components images( which are maintained in onap/nexus), DCAE charts has reference to following images

      • Readiness (written by onap, but maintained in docker hub) - oomk8s/readiness-check:2.0.0
      • File beats (beats/filebeat:5.5.0)
      • Apache NiFi - apache/nifi-registry:0.5.0
      • oomk8s/consul:1.0.0

      As these are maintained under OOM, need to evaluate if any changes required.
