VES http service conflicts with VES-tls causing CBS

      Current ves-http inputs creates consul key as "dcae-http-ves-collector-http"

      This creates issue during CBS query on VES-tls as ConfigBindingService looks for <dcae-http-ves-collector>*/ folder resulting is exception.

      The defaults for VES/http need to be updated to avoid conflict
