      This epic for enhancements related to OOF SON use case in Honolulu release. As of now, only the following are foreseen (in SON-Handler MS):

      (a) Potential updates due to use of CPS instead of Config DB

      (b) Minor updates due to the latest VES format for FM/PM data (to be evaluated further)
