Add support of fileReady notifications with https:// prefixed location. Basic authentication should be supported as for other protocols.

Credentials should not be logged on ONAP side. RTD extended with information that new protocol is supported.

Build HTTPS support on top of HTTP.

The same certificate should be used as for other TLS based traffic:

• If external_tls flag is set to true - as certificate use certificate from CMPv2 server and as trusted certs use trusted certificates from CMPv2 server and AAF CertMan (aka merged trusts)
• If external_tls flag is set to false and use_tls is set to true - as certificate use certificate from AAF CertMan and as trusted certs use trusted certificates from AAF CertMan
• If external_tls flag is set to false and use_tls is set to false - don't use any certificate but as trusted certs use trusted certificates from AAF CertMan
