During integration testing, it was discovered that the k8splugin was using version 2.4.1 of onap-dcae-dcaepolicy-lib, which is not compatible with Python 3.  As of the Honolulu release of ONAP, DCAE uses a version of Cloudify Manager that executes plugins under Python 3.  The k8splugin needs to be updated to use the latest version of onap-dcae-dcaepolicy-lib (2.5.0), which is compatible with Python 3.
