Refactor DCAE-Services Helm Charts - add application-configuration cfgMap to main application container

      • The DCAEGEN-2/Services Helm charts are refactored - the application_config cfgMap shall be attached to a main application container in a template (now it is attached to initConsul container only)
        • The cfgMap shall stay attached to initConsul in a template as well (backwards compatibility)
        • The configMap is a single file, it shall be attached in a way, which allows the cfgMap changes to be executed in real-time (content updates).
      • The change has to be done in a generic way in DCAEGEN2-Services template
