DCAE-DB log does not use STDOUT

      I can't see the log of DCAE-DB inside stdout output of pod.

      It's therefore really complicated to troubleshoot , especially when pod crash.

      DCAE-DB shall use the STDOUT output for its log as said in REQ-374
