Update or Remove Python 2

      DCAE must complete update of the Python language (from 2.x -> 3.x)** and remove all unused versions of Python from the following repos/images.

      • dcae-cloudify-manager
      • dcaemod-genprocessor [NEWLY DISCOVERED 13 June]
      • dcae-healthcheck
      • dcae-ms-healthcheck
      • dcaemod-healthcheck

      If there is a technical reason for continued use of Python 2, the project must file an exception.
