      Update swagger file to define CRUD actions for subscriptions and define inputs/outputs & responses

       

      only use /pmsh/subscriptions

      deprecatate old api and introduce pmsh/healthcheck

       

      fix ordering of swagger as per convention

      remove deprecated api from swagger but document this in pmsh doc
