      1. The task needs to implement the DB schema defined from DB impact analysis(https://jira.onap.org/browse/DCAEGEN2-2822).
      2. The changes pertaining to IPV6 is as follows:

      • Capture IPV4 and IPV6 from AAI calls
      • If available use IPV6 for Policy publish event else use IPV4
