Attached the spec and corresponding generated values.yaml

Issue#1 - Values.yaml contain several additional unrequired parameters

Issue#2 - Dmaap topic config should be written out as array instead of string (spec was modified to be input as string as mod/genprocessor does not support array type config parameters) - streams_publishes & streams_subscribes
