1) All dependency versions must be updated ~9.x-0

2) Following dependency has been included for all ONAP charts from Istanbul release

  - name: serviceAccount
    version: ~9.x-0
    repository: '@local'

This should be included as chart dependencies for generated charts

3) values.yaml requires following setting to be included (check if serviceAccount.nameOverride exist before overriding the name); If not found - log and continue processing

serviceAccount:
  nameOverride: <component-name from spec file; should match chart.yaml name>
  roles:
    - read
