      This requirement has a dependency on RAN-Sim and https://jira.onap.org/browse/DCAEGEN2-2987 .

      If RAN-Sim is updated to use new FM/PM VES formats, then SON-Handler MS needs to be updated at the same time.

      Closing this JIRA. Removed from scope for Jakarta.
