Authenticated topic provisioning solution is currently reliant on AAF, DMAAP-BC, MR.

As target ONAP architecture will rely on Servicemesh solution for secure interface and DMAAP-MR will be replaced with Strimizi/Kafka, would like the current DCAE MS using authenticated topic to switch to use standard/un-authenticated topics.

For Jakarta scope, PM-Mapper (pub), SliceAnalysis (Sub), KPI-Ms (sub) will be switched to use unauthenticated topic.
