SECCOM and ARC committee are driving towards service-mesh integration for ONAP deployments; one of pre-requisite for this migration is for DCAE MS to support non-TLS (via configuration) and removing dependency on certificates (generated from AAF).

This will enable gradual migration and AAF dependency removal towards the target.

All DCAE Microservices MUST support non-TLS deployment (via config) and should support startup without dependency on AAF certificates.

This Jira is to track the updates needed for following components

• DFC, PM-Mapper, RESTConf

Remaining DCAE application either support non-TLS via configuration or only exposes non-TLS/HTTP by default.
