This change impacts the SON usecase integration testing for Jakarta release. Changed the pnfName from 'idGNBCUCPFunction' to 'idGNBDUFunction' in the policy notification payload since SDNR was expecting that value for configuring the cells in the payload.

The bug fix is blocking testcase number 6 for the SON usecase integration testing in the below wiki page.
