Latest ONAP Logging spec approved as BP - https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Jakarta+Best+Practice+Proposal+for+Standardized+Logging+Fields+-+v2

Goal is to align all DCAE components with the proposed new format. 

Due to number of components involved and varying language/tech supported in DCAE, this adaption would be handled as multi-release effort.

P.S - No such pilot exist as of yet, but discussion underway to identify if common lib approach or use standard python lib - https://docs.python.org/3/library/logging.html#logrecord-attributes with config updated to support new structure.
