Extend VES to support PNF registration messages.

      VES needs to be enhanced (extended) to support the PNF Registration messages.

      Ambition is to introduce a new pnfRegister event domain, and include there fields based on 3GPP inventory TS 32.692 standard - but only those fields, that are beneficial to ONAP.

      A new JSON schema will be provided, which covers this new event domain.
      VES agent (Client) and VES Collector will be ehnanced.
