When Cloudify Manager runs as a container in a Kubernetes cluster, it should be able to get the Kubernetes credentials and configuration information from Kubernetes.   It should not be necessary to set up a "kubeconfig" file in advance and mount it to the container.   The kubernetes plugin should get the needed information from Kubernetes itself.
