AAF integration to provide RBAC

      Following DCAE components which provide server side api should be integrated with AAF for supporting RBAC.  

      • DeploymentHandler
      • ConfigBindingService
      • Inventory API
      • VESCollector
      • HV-VES

      RBAC option should be added as configurable option controlled during deployment.
