      With new job transition, following is expected

      • current maven-execute plugin/script based build should be removed
      • Run unit test and post coverage into ONAP Sonar
      • python docker build modified to source from https://nexus3.onap.org/repository/PyPi.public/ for sourcing (this includes both LFpypi.release and globalpypi) packages  (using extra-index-url or variant)
      • python merge/release job modified to push artifacts into LF.PyPi staging/release
