      • it has to be in role with granted permission: org.onap.dmaap-bc.api.access|*|read
      • it is needed because dmaap-bc is checking if user connecting via BC API is able to invoke operation, by checking roles and permissions defined in a mentioned above namespace
      • dmaap-bc user needs to have full rights to the namespace: org.onap.dmaap.mr.topic,
      • it has to be in role with granted permission: org.onap.dmaap.mr.topic||,
      • it is needed because dmaap-bc eventually creates permissions end roles for secured topics under the mentioned above namespace
