During Jetty server startup keysotre and truststore should be loaded to the ssl context

• keystore is loaded in current implementation
• truststore setup is missing
• current solution is based on /opt/app/dmaapbc/misc/cert-client-init.sh which is copying public ONAP certificate to the docker OS truststore directory (ca-trust or ca-certificates)
• this approach should be replaced witch java based solution
• cert-client-init.sh script should remain in code
