dbc-client is getting an error when making requests to dmaap-bc.

As delivered, dbc-client is getting a 401.

However, if I try curl using --user option with dmaap-bc credentials, then authorization is accepted.

Further investigation of curl seems to indicate a problem with the pem files.  I couldn't isolate the problem but did discover at least:

-K option assumes a file with separate options per line

missing --cert-type PEM option
