A REST interface to sit in front of the new Strimzi application.

Why?

A more streamlined, legacy-compatible (DMaaP) application, making it easier for existing clients to move to the new Strimzi application.

This will in essence be a Proxy for current users of DMaaP MR, to use the newly stood up Strimzi application of DMaaP. However, the client API will use the same request URL, Request Parameters and Response format as the current DMaaP MR interface.
